Please read our guides below and fill in the form at the bottom of this page. We’ll get back to you asap!

For any incorrect items received or items that are faulty or damaged, you’ll have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund for those items including the original shipping cost.

● Submission of a photo is required for all faulty or damaged items.

● Replacements or refunds will be only processed upon successful return of the items.

You can return them to us and receive a full refund for the items if the following conditions are met.

● The item was delivered to you within the last 30 days.

● The items are unused, in their original packaging and in new, resale condition.

● The items will be securely packaged to avoid transit damage.

Upon successful return and verification of the above conditions, you’ll receive a full refund for the items, but not for the original shipping costs.

We’ll cover the return shipping cost for most items.

● Books & magazines: you can return them if they’re in new condition, however return shipping cost will not be free.

● Furniture & Dollsvilla: Sorry these items cannot be returned or refunded. Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge.
